He's beautiful! I love the last pic. It looks like he's growing some feathers back. So pretty

Congratulations on your new Bird,
I saw his bald spot, I myself have also the same problem with my B&G Lucky.
I have tried a Pluck no more spray but that didn't work for me.
I have also tried Sock Buddy, which also did not work for me.
Do you know if Calvin's previous owners had enough toys for him in his cage?
I know that lucky's problem was just boredom, because he had no toys at at.
I now have filled his cage with toys.
Hopefully Calvin's plucking has not turned habbitual.

Wow, he's beautiful!!! (I'm used to plucked birds. lol)
I've tried Pluck No More on a previous macaw, but it didin't do a thing. I don't know if I used the wrong dosage, but my old greenwing macaw kept on pulling his feathers fromt he tips of his wings. I guess it depends on the bird to whether it works or not. Good luck!

The foster mom actually did tell me that he plucked at his original owner's house because he was bored. At the foster house, he had lots of toys to play with and he was there for three months and some of his feathers had grown back. (He was actually more bald when they got him.) I'm thinking if I have lots of toys that he won't have time to be bored and hopefully he will grow some more back. :)
