Baby Macaws are almost 10 weeks old now

I was just sitting here reading my daily journal for the umpteenth time ( this dang addicting board!! HAHAHAHA) and thinking about the differences in my 2 scarlet babies. 1 is exactly 3 days older than the other. the oldest one is almost fully feathered, under wings is still some fluff. The youngest one is still fluff chested and back is still fluff. pin feathers are comming threw, I can see them. I was just wondering if he/she is a late bloomer or if 3 days makes that huge of a difference. Has anyone had any experinces like this?
Also the oldest one has beautiful green on the back of her neck. Strange how birds some how seem to have their own unique colors pop out somewhere.

Ohhh, pleeease post some photos so I can get a baby bird fix! They sound absolutely adorable. I am working with a greenwing right now who has a lot of green tipped feathers on his nape - beautiful.
