I was wondering what type of harnesses do you recomend? I have checked out a couple of different types but I'm not to sure such one is the best thanks.

Aviator harness hands down. Easy to train (especially if they are young) and fast to put on. Great tool for fledging or as a flight harness and works perfectly for an extra safety precaution. They even come with a video to show how to use it as well as there are videos on you tube of them showing it in action.

I use a feather tether for Cheyenne, but I think that the Aviator is the best harness out there!

It's actually not too complicated at all once you get used to it. Just two clips.
I got mine online somewhere... I think this was the place: Large Feather Tether
