It is actually quite easy. We got one used and figured it out by the pics. It is pretty foolproof as each piece only goes in one place. Look at the pic and set the sections out in order. Put the back (big section, no doors) and one side together first (large plain rctangle, one has nest box opening - both have food doors). Attach the front panel (large long with doors) and then the other side panel. Then standing inside there are two small rectangles that are the top center pieces. One each side. Then the top curves. One each side. Do all this before putting in the floor so you can stand inside. Easy, Slide in the trays, grates, and center divider (or not). Then attach the feed cup rings to the feed doors. Dont tighten all the screws till your done assembling it!. If you put the divider in, look for a small piece about two inches long. It goes under the divider handle with two screws. Its the Latch and you will need it if your dividing two birds!
Hope this helps

Thanks, I appreciate it. I think it looks pretty easy but I just am anal about some things. I am planning to put it up this weekend...maybe. I don't want to stare at the empty cage for 2 months though.
