Everything's ready...just add bird :)

Spent this past weekend buying whatever we hadn't bought yet, making 2 playstands/play area which i'll have to add pictures of ( hubby did a FABULOUS job ) and arranging Harlows cage, cleaning the bird room and rearranging the bird room - cages, playstands and chains. It all looks good :) Although Harlow's cage looks monstrous in there!! Makes my bird room seem teeny tiny! Am very excited, it feels realer now that everything's done and all i'm doing is waiting for Friday to hurry up and get here. What a looooong wait!!!

Will take pics of the new stands and Harlows cage and post them later. Now have nothing else to do to make this week pass by faster

How exciting! I have held off on setting up Savannah's cage yet because it will still be awhile before she comes home. I have started to get toys though.

Be sure to post pictures! I love looking at different cage set ups. Friday will be here before you know it.

Yippeeeeee! 3 more days! I'm so excited for you! You can always go out and bird toy shop. Even if you don't end up getting anything it still helps!

Getting cold out. Wacky weather, was 78 this weekend when we were shopping for birdy and today - it Snowed!! Glad she's coming home soon before the weather decides to stay cold.
Talked to her breeder today, he sent me flight times and info and am incredibly excited. Can't believe we're only 3 days away!! He said the whole checking out process can take 30 to 45 minutes and THAT will be excruciating I bet probably longer then all 3 days together, knowing that she's landed and is nearby and just waiting to finally GET her.
Ahhh Tom, I know that jealousy well .... Have felt it myself for YEARS!!!! Will send you pics of my molding in a few months and see if that alleviates the envy for ya ;)

Agreed the best plan is to stay here and visit with everyone and catch up on their birdies to keep my mind occupied.
