Looks pied to me, although I don't think I've seen so many pied feathers on a B&G before!!!! Thought you might be talking about the opaline mutation!

Any possible way to track down the breeder? You *might* be able to find out if the parents carried the gene for pied as well, find out if she's always had these feathers thus making her a pied, or if she's just a "fluke" and not an actual mutation. If she really is a pied, then mated with another pied she would produce pied offspring. This is, of course, assuming that the pied gene is recessive and not dominant.

It looks like she could use a larger cage with bigger perches, perhaps a better diet (I don't know what is available in India) and perhaps some toys! Good luck! She(?) is gorgeous!

now the bird is in a spacious an bigger aviary, couldn know the whereabouts of the parents of the bird,Here in India we dont get pellets for parrots,we feed them lotta fruits(apple, guava, orange, promogranate),veggies(cu cumbur, tomato, boiled potato),seed mix(sunflower, safflor, millets),sprouts, various nuts etc.....
How do u say the birds is a SHE?

No, I am not sure of the birds sex! For all I know, he/she could be a male! I didn't want to say "it" but "she" sounded right. Could be wrong!

Feathers can be discolored due to stress, improper diet, follicle damage, or even illness. I can't tell you if it's any of those, or if she is indeed a mutation, or perhaps just oddly colored feathers.

Would love to see some new pictures! We don't normally get too many people outside of the USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico and the United Kingdom here!

Monica, there is a site calling those opalines (that you showed us) calling them pied. i must agree those are opalines. i think this baby in India is a pied if his flesh is also involved.
