Requesting Picture: Harlequin & Catalina
I would like to add a picture of a harlequin and a catalina to an online photo gallery. I'm not looking for separate pictures, but one picture displaying both hybrids, preferrably a picture showing their fronts at the same time, and perhaps a shot of one from their backs, too.
I need this to be *your* picture, not one you've happened across elsewhere. And with your permission, I'd like to upload the photo(s) to said gallery (here). Better yet, I would prefer it if these birds were first generation hybrids (50/50), not second generation (i.e. 75% one species, 25% the other). So, anyone got any pics they can donate???

LOL! What a goofy bird!
I'm just looking for a comparison between the two hybrids, so it would make it easier, for those who don't know how to tell them apart.

You forgot the pic... lol
I find that Harly's are usually more orange-red to burgandy-orange.... where as Catalina's are more orange to yellow-orange. I've seen some catalina's who could easily be mistaken for B&G's to the untrained eye.

No. Newt is 4.. Elliot is 2. Newt is a Harlequin which = 1/2 B & G and 1/2 GW
Catalina's are 1/2 B&G and 1/2 Scarlet., I think. Elliot is purebred Scarlet
