GW/QP interaction concerns

My wife and I currently share our home with a somewhat tempramental Quaker Parrot named Hurley. We now have plans to bring a Greenwing Macaw into our lives in around four months or so (just an egg at the moment). I have several concerns, but here are a few that have been on my mind of late:

1 - Will Hurley's habit of screaming for hours inspire the GW to follow suit? Hurleys scream is obnoxious, but I fear a GW would be intolerable in that kind of quantity.

2 - Will Hurley's aggressiveness and bad attitude make the GW more moody thinking that kind of behavior is permissable? Hurley's bites hurt, but a GW could really do damage with that kind of agression.

3 - Should I put their cages in the same room?

4 - Can they share a perch?

5 - Are there any things I can do now in preparation for the GW coming home to help make the addition easier for Hurley?

We love our little Hurley with all his attitude and eccentricity. We know he will be a challenge, and we're fine with that. But we'd really rather not have to deal with similar issues with our new GW, that's why we chose a baby. I know how important these early experiences can be, and really want to make sure I do the best I can for both birds. Any advice is much appreciated.
