- I love animals and adopted my cockatiel from a family member who no longer wanted him. He's 13 years old and just recently was diagnosed with his first real sickness resulting in an abscess in his nare. Currently, we are treating the abscess and I hope one day soon it will be functioning as it should. Previous pets: dog (Mutt), frog, snake (Burmese and Ball Python), fresh water aquarium fish, hamster, and a skink.
