Tipani the Galah, Ariki, Tangee and 2 baby tiels

I am also one of those who don't read this page often as I am usually on the net at work and I don't want to be seen crying in my office. We recently lost our charming, beloved galah, Tipani. I don't know why, we came home from work and he was lying dead on the floor of his cage. No sign of any disease-he was always very cheeky, happy and healthy and talked up a storm. I have no idea how old he was as he was a "2nd hand bird", the lady I bought him from said he was young but no way to know for sure-we had him for two years. The cockatiels who share the main aviary with him (though he was in his own separate cage within the aviary) are all fine so I don't think it was anything contagious, I have been checking them everyday for the last few days. But now I just want to say "goodbye and I love and miss my lost fids who have gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

Tipani, galah, died of unknown causes
Ariki, cockatiel, died of egg binding last year-vet tried to save her but failed
Tangee, cockatiel, died of respiratory problem in the night-vet was closed
2 baby cockatiels-the little one Joel tried to help me save in Jan 2004 and Maui's sibling who died at 4 days in the night last Oct for no apparent reason

Welcome back Tiki, I wondered what you were up to lately........Sorry to hear about your losses. I wish we all could know why some of our feathered buddies passed for no apparent reason. :(

Thank you Joel! I have been a bit depressed lately and have problems at work. They have an internet spy system and I got in trouble big time for being online even though we weren't busy at the time and I had nothing else to do.

I am just getting over losing Tipani, I don't know what I would do with out my 10 adorable little tiels. They don't let me remain sad for long, they have such charming personalities and seem to know I need cheering up.
