Alaska (baby bird)
I clipped her wings and she still flys. I don't wanna clip them too short. She eats like a pig and I can't wean her. She refuses. Maybe she's not ready. I'm gonna put baby girl in the cage with her so she can watch her eat real food. Is that good idea or will it loosen her bond. Also is it okay that she sleeps with me everynight. She cuddles me. Kinda like under my neck.

Ya gotta be firm and follow the rules of weaning.
DO NOT SLEEP with a bird EVER!!!!! Many people have fallen asleep unintentionally and rolled over to either kill or do major damage etc. to their feathered buddie. It is fine to put them together, just make sure the older one doesn't do damage to the younger. Ya won't lose the bond if ya keep handling her.

Flying
SO clip them shorter so she can't fly at all? I don't want her to get hurt but whenever my cell rings...off she goes

Uh, suit yourself. I don't clip at all. Don't believe in it myself but of course I do take ALL safety precautions first before allowing out of cage.
Be careful not to clip any blood feathers or the secondaries. I think it was Monica who gave a link to a page that shows how & where to clip. Anybody on here have that handy for G.J.??
