Missing you Angel
For almost 15 years your bark was a bright spot on the day.
In the last months it became a whisper. You gave love, you were love. the fur that soaked up tears, the gentle tongue that wiped them dry. The warmth on a winter night as you hogged the bed. You didn't pass in alone little one. A part of me is with you. Run with the big dogs my precious, keep them in line.

My old Labrador Jewel is nearing the end of her days.I know the grief that pains you now will be mine soon enough.!5 years of love is a wonderful gift.My thoughts are with you.
