What an awful thing to happen I would want to die right along with my birds if anything like this ever happened. Tell your friend she is my thoughts and prayers.

omg i can't believe that could happen.. my birds are very close to a computer that is always on, in a garage with dodgy looking wiring.

if anything were to happen to them i don't know what i'd do..

Wow, I can't imagine what you and your friend are feeling. NONE of my birds have died yet and that thing of thing is painful...
