I finally have a place to put something about Sunny.

She was my very first bird, and I loved her, so much. She was the insperation for me to go on working with birds. She died at 8 years old (after me having her since she was 8 weeks old). Her babies had to have me take care of them(two parakeets she had been raising for me without a father).

I went to Las Vegas and, this may be spooky, but I had a dream that she would be dead when I got Back. I prayed for her every night and called evey day. When I came back I ran straight to her cage to check on her, what I found broke my heart. She was dead. I ran to my room and cried. She was my very first pet ever. I came baack out an discovered she was bleeding. She had a broken blood vessle. I really miss her.

I'm sorry for your loss, but I will say that 8 years old is not an old age to die at for a cockatiel.... I wonder if it really was a blood vessel or something else. May she rest in peace.

The doctor said it was either a broken blood vessle or egg binding
