Doc was my sweetie bird

I miss him every minute.

You people are so kind! Thank you! Snap shots and video clips keep running through my mind. Shylo, the old dog - Doc sitting on him and plucking fur; Doc swearing at religeous people at the door (not to mention the grandparents!). Rolling around on his back, playing with chopsticks. Kitten laying on top of the cage, legs dangeling inside, Doc completely unconcerned. Doc screaming Good Morning! He always told me whenever ANYONE was up and around. He was a "Pretty Boy" and always knew "What's up Doc". We had to break him of "Here kitty, kitty, kitty - meow". He learned how to bark in Hawaii. He loved men with curley hair and would always whisper secrets in their ear. He ate the top of my curtains. He was always there! My Buddy, my friend, each and every morning.

The cage is in the garage and now I'm crying again. I keep looking at the place where he was.

Oh my - how i hurt for you - when you first loose your sweet friend -that really cuts deep. When i lost Vive a few days ago i cleaned the house every day - finding things of hers and getting rid of them - but here are things I'll be keeping.

The best keepsake is the love you shared. Be happy for them - that they no longer struggle - but are free. They know you care. I keep looking for Vive & almost feel her beside me - but that will pass - time will come to your aid.
