My mother has passed over... on

I am just managing to handle this post this....

My mother passed Monday..August 6th.... at 12:18 PM EST time..right after high noon... with my father holding her hand.. and cousin singing "Home Home on Range"...
The first and only time coginsant since the surgery.. she woke up looked at my father.. smiled at my father (thery have know each other since he was 3 and the day she was churched) ... and passed on...

She was at peace.. and passed on HER terms.. She is a good part of where I go my attitude from life..strong woman that put up with NO crap.. especially from the wild child me...
Last Wedsday she underwent emergancy surgery for a twisted bowel and was so weak they did not think she would make it thru the surgery itself... She had complications of fluid building in her lungs and had not woken up completely since the surgery, then she started having Blood Pressure and slow Heart rate and running a low grade fever.




Born during the depression.. the oldest of 4 children.. and struggled to survive growing up..

I remember her telling me about pickin cotten when teen.. just to help feed the family/bro and sis..

Not sure when will be back... or if will have computer acess there..

I have made partial arrangements for this.. since she broker her hip last fall..

Think everything is covered here.. fid/pet/house sitter.. with just a couple of new instructions for Dino.. She will prob be staying at my house.. fids will not have much out of cage time.. but will be fed, watered, toys rotated (have a chart have OCD so bad for toy rotation.. and dif colors of poly rope for each places weekly) cages cleaned and some human interaction.. this is the best can do on such short notice..

The funeral is this Saturday.. in Texas...

Hi I hope your travel is safe,I'm very sorry for the loss your family suffered,the bible says grieve with those that grieve.This sounds very similar to the way my Uncle Tim crossed over.I was 16 then and now know a bit more about life,those we love,thats life our loved ones.I will pray that your family, and you stay well.I remember everyday and this helps me stay strong.
