Fare well to the great Ken Globus, the Bird Whisperer

I just learned today that the remarkable Mr. Ken Globus who was known as 'The Bird Whisperer' passed away September of 2008 from lung cancer.
He was a great guy. He had great love for birds and wisdom in how he treated and cared for them. There are YouTube videos of him helping people out with the various birds. He knew what he was doing.
I corresponded with him briefly a few years back to praise and encourage him. We need more like Ken around. I'm mighty sorry he's gone. He did great things. His various techniques in helping bird owners and birds were right on target.
We've lost a very good man in Ken Globus. I'm mighty sorry he didn't write a book before his passing. Again, Ken Globus was a great guy and we're the poorer for his passing.
