my momo(recessive pied budgie) died today.
i bought it and took it to my friends house for a day so it can play with the other budgie he had. they merrily played and ate.but when i separated them and brought her home,she was sad,failed to bond with me and i thought it was eating when i was gone but it turns out due to that separation it stopped eating for a week and died today.

I'm sorry for your loss. It is unusual for a budgie to bond so quickly, with such sad results; it might be worthwhile to suggest that your friend take the playmate to the vet just in case. Fly free, Momo.
