I'm not sure what happened i noticed the day before she passed she was acting "dizzy" and just weird i'm not sure how to explain it. Before I could get her to a vet she passed away that night. Does anyone know what it could've been?

I hate to state the obvious but with birds you might have literally hours or less by the time you notice something wrong.

There is no way to know now unless you do a necropsy.
