Hazel Has Passed Away
My beloved Hazel has died and I miss him terribly. He was quite ill with liver disease, common to Lories. I'm glad he's no longer suffering. He died cuddled in my arms. He was the sweetest most gentle bird I've ever known.

I am so sorry for your loss. You must take comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering and that you were with him 'til then. It is never easy to lose one. Fly Free Hazel!
