Everyone Please Welcome - Sharon Kirscht to our "Ask The Experts Staff"

Sharon Kirscht (Macaw Expert)

Sharon Kirscht is a warm and engaging east coast breeder of larger macaws. She is currently breeding Scarlets, Buffons, Hys and Greenwings, but has also bred Blue and Golds and Red-fronts. She has been actively breeding birds for 15 years.

Sharon and her husband Lee have some of the most prolific breeders around and routinely have lots of baby Scarlets and Greenwings for kind and well-qualified homes. Currently there is an abundance of baby Greenwings that she is handfeeding. Her scarlet babies have the reputations of being the exception to the rules; they are actually known for their sweetness and good manners.

Sharon has, in the past, also raised and handfed African Grey parrots, Conures and Umbrella Cockatoos. She is very well qualified and we are delighted that she has agreed to join our expert team at Birdboard.com.
