Awww I thought they stayed small!!

Those pics are just too cute. I totally want one. And just think, since hubby lets the cow in the house, he shouldn't have a problem with a pig in the house

Meredith... you need to produce me a baby piggie in exchange for Maui

I thought that they were smaller then that though. I have never lived anywhere or with anyone that would allow me to have one so I never looked into them much. I remember someone saying something about there are some that are breed to be smaller or something like that but are harder to find I have no idea if that is true or not.

That's a cute pig :o)

One Halloween while trick-or-treating with my nieces and nephew, we went to this house with a guy who had one outside on his porch with him. It was the coolest thing to see.

I love pigs :) They're just the cutest things. And I've read some articles that pig's are smarter than a 3 year old.

Hmmmm.........lemme see what I can do! Lucy is the only one who isn't spayed, and I think our neighbor has a black and white boar that is intact.....
Oh, and btw, Spamee started out in the house! She used to cuddle on my lap when she was itty bitty. She'd smoosh me now! ROFLOL! Maybe Blessing could teach YOUR piggie to moo....or maybe your piggie could teach Blessing to oink? *snicker*

loooooooooooooooove it loooooooooooooove it loooooooooooooove it!

I had a pot belly pig too.

Her name was Brinks She was my home security pig!

They are incredibly SMART, amazingly SMART.

I lost mine last year, she was about 6 months old. I let her outside in the yard to play with the dogs, they LOVED her!!!!!!! and a hawk came down and killed her, my dogs were trying to protect her and they got clawed up too.

Sad times...

I'd recommend , if you loooove pigs, visit with one someday and you will fall in love!

Sorry to hear that Lessa! Hawks can be a real terror to small critters! We had a client whose ancient toy poodle was snatched out of her hands by a Red-tailed Hawk. The dog lived (miraculously) and the lady had to beat the hawk to death with a shovel to get it to leave her dog alone so she could get close enough to pick her up to bring her in to us so she could be treated!

I love her name!!!

I dated a guy in high school whose parent's owned a pot belly pig. I thought it was the cutest thing ever, they treated her like some one would treat their house dog.

I had a Pot Bellied Pig once. Her name was Cheyanne, but she out grew my home. She currently resides at my uncle's home and is happy as a clam! She rules the roost!
