Doggie fun day!!

we took the pup out to one of the lakes/dog parks yesterday :) its a huge lake thats only like 15-20 mins from us and they have a special dog park where dogs can run around and play together. its pretty there, plenty of trees and grass, walking and biking trails, water docks, fishing spots, and of course all kinds of boats and kayaks. you can BBQ there and just hang out all day long, its pretty neat. they even have a place for dogs to swim around if they want to, lol.

anywho, here are some pics of our pup at the lake :)

How cute is she. She looks like she had a great time. We are also due for baths here. Here is why you should never own a black dog in the desert. Gwenie ejoyed a good roll in the dirt. Good thing we put that sheet on the dog couch earlier.

Hey, we know that lake! :P (Just be careful, there's almost always fishhooks on the ground on the marina side, and there was parvo out at the park last spring, so unless she's had two puppy sets, you may wanna avoid the dog park. Also avoid the idiot "Huskies are all wolf hybrids" man unless you've got a higher tolerence for stupidity than I do. :)

She is ADORABLE. :) I used to volunteer for local husky rescue and will always love the breed.

What a fun day for her :D How's she going with training and such?
Ours are ratbags! Today they dug out into the neighbours yard, ripped open her bags of compost and ran up the street. Flea followed them of course! Once caught they did escaped once more and it again, without Flea who knew enough was enough (being my angel). When they were being retrieved, Flea jumped our fence- (er... did I say angel?) and I mean a two meter fence, and a 30 kilo dog! They were all so naughty! Owning four dogs- let alone two husky pups from the same litter- is driving us crazy! What fun :D Sorry for my venting!!!
