had 6 kittens!!

This cat that we thought was fixed, found us last fall, she is an outside cat...guess she wasn't fixed!

So if anyone is in the Charlotte, NC area I will have 6 kittens available in about 6 weeks, they are black and some are grey stripped. They are so cute.

Aww kittens. Unfortunately we are expecting as well. One of last summer's rescues that we kept went into the quietest heat ever before we got a chance to neuter her secret boyfriend (another rescue we kept) while I was sick. I've rescued and fostered close to 50 litters since I was 15 and this was the first time I missed the boat and became a mom on my own. :( They are so sweet when they are bumbling around the first 3 weeks though but finding my own kittens great homes will be even harder than finding rescue kittens homes I think since I will be even pickier (if that's possible!). Yeah I am already trying to figure out how to find them homes.... I don't want to advertise on craigslist...never know what the other person is going to do with them....

My problem is going to be giving them up at all I think, the kittens should have awesome dispositions if they're anything like their parents and beautiful too. My boyfriend has already reserved one heh. I've started looking now too, if someone can't wait 8 weeks for a kitten then they can't have one of mine. Delivering them (to their new homes I mean) is also something I prefer to do so I can see where they are going.
