Scarlet is having surgery today

I never had Scarlet spayed for the fact I didn't want her to get any bigger than she is now. But I have always kept a close eye on her when she's in heat. So no slip ups.

Well due to never being bred, she has a mammorygland tumor that is pretty large and needs to be removed. She is having that done today along with getting spayed. She will have to spend the night and that is what's bothering me most. I don't like being w/o my little girl.

Glad to hear everything went well!! I know that feeling - when my little girl got spayed (I waited 2 years) I was a nervous wreck. She went from 4 pounds to 6 pounds in a matter of months, LOL!! Time for little Maggie to go on a diet.

Terri it's good to hear she is awake and wagging :) I hope she's feeling better soon and you don't stress too much without her.

I picked Ms. Scarlet up yesterday when I got off from work. She is a little sore, that is to be expected. No baths or swimming for up to 4 days. She's glad to hear that! haha She slept well last night, threw up a little foamy stuff this morning but was fine afterwards. She ate a little bit and drank alot of water.

HOLY COW my baby weighs 20 POUNDS! Yelp she's gotta go on a diet!
