shelter fire
We have a no-kill shelter in our town, one of the few in central TX. They had a kitchen fire last night. The fire department arrived shortly after midnight. They lost 99 cats and 15 dogs, the dogs were all small breed. Our local petsmart and petco have set up doantion centers in their stores. 30 or so cats and most of the bigger dogs survived, the deaths were mostly smoke related. I donated one of my cat carriers and some old towels. They need so much of everything
