Which seeds?

Paulie is 14 months old and very healthy. He is a good eater and will at least try nearly everything I give him. He regularly has birdie bread with baby food , pellets, egg food, and corn kernals in it. He eats veggies and organic sprouted grain bread, and Avi-Cakes.
He's not a seed lover...just about the only seeds he likes besides Avi-Cakes are oat groats ( I get them at the health food store..organic) and buck wheat, and of course spray millet, which he loves!
I usually give him some of them each day along with his other food.
Is that too much of those seeds for him?????
Thanks for the advice.

His diet sounds good. Parrotlets eat seeds in the wild, so some seed in his diet is perfect. It sounds like you have done a good job introducing a variety of foods to your parrotlet. Once they get started on the "good stuff" it is amazing how much less seed they will eat.
