behaviour...wat does it mean?

my new bird is about 2 or 3 yrs old (the lady i got her from wasnt sure)...and since i got him he's taken to a few things. first of all, he truly seems to love "pecking" at me. whether it be my shoulder, leg, foot or hand...wherever he sits he opens his beak wide and almost pecks at me. he doesnt seem angry or defensive when he does it... is this affection or playing or is he upset?

also... he loves to cluck like a chicken and he loves to do it pressing his beak against my face. again...it's not aggressive or threatened...just wondering if it means something or it's just something fun he likes to do. either way it's so cute...i've had him for just over a week and there are no regrets. he's like my baby now
