Opinions on sleep cage?
So I have a question about sleeping arrangements. I live in a one bedroom apartment. I keep my bird's cage in the living room, but at night I cover her cage and roll it into the bedroom, where it is dark and quite. In the morning we uncover her and roll her into the living room. Is this OK?
Does moving the cage around disturb birds? Would it be better to get a small sleeping cage for the bedroom? What do you guys do? If you have used a sleeping cage how do you introduce them? Oh and we have only had her for 4 days now, so she isn't really set into this routine yet. |

We take Paulie into our extra bedroom each night, cage and all, because it is much quieter.
He doesn't seem to mind at all.

Congrats on the new Bird! Well I have my Bird in my room and just cover her at night, But when I am traveling I put her into my smaller cage at night in the bed room.
