Cage too small?

ok, question...I looked at the hq flight, and the double flight, on-line. With the double flight cage, would it be feasible for my p'let to live in one half, and my tiel/gcc combo live in the other side? (I would have separate cages at first until they got used to having each other around). I have a small condo, and my cages are on the porch (enclosed and air conditioned). It's a small porch, so I am always interested in consolidating space wherever possible.
