i hand raised 2 quakers last summer, then i met my boyfriend. they were so bad about attacking my him, that i had to find them a new home. i never could get them to adapt to him. they couldnt stand for me to be near him.

I think it's more that she wants you to herself. My sun used to hate my bf too. I tried to discourage his lunging by putting him in his cage when he would be naughty and not letting him on my shoulder to exert his dominance. He's getting better now and won't scream and do a fighting dance when he comes over although I wouldn't put it past him to give him a surprise nip. My bf has also been successful at feeding him treats. However, I know of lots of ppl who have just had to live with the behaviour, and I hope this isn't the case with you cuz I know how much p'lette bites smart.

haha I believe it is that she wants me to herself, she loves her mommy. But i would never have to get rid of her, I'm way to attached, its okay though, my girlfriends parrot loves me sometimes and others he doesn't. And puckie lets her pet her sometimes.
