Linnies can talk (lineolated parakeet) they are quite good at believe it or not. May be too small to cage with your Sun though. I am surprised you havent thought of your Hahns as a friend for the Sun. My Hahns talks up a storm and is very socialble. Dewey has a huge vocabulary... and he doesnt shut up! Your solution may be right under your .) - thats a nose. Good Luck!

Parrotlets hands down... even smaller than a budgie!!!!!!!!!!!
But if your looking to buy a parrot... don't get it becuase it can talk, you shouldn't even be thinking about it! If you do get a bird (of any kind) don't expect any words out of it!

I visited a home last week where a sun conure was in love and housed up with get this... a blue headed pionus. Theres an odd living arrangement. The two were inseperable. I couldnt believe it.
