Mountain Parakeet~ Anyone have one?
Hello! I just love the look of this little fella!! Does anyone here have one or have any info on them? Pics would be wonderful!

Not sure you got my point? The picture I posted was of the Mountain Parakeets Bolborhynchus aurifrons...
The picture you posted, although LABELED as a "mountain parakeet" is a Regent Parrot aka Rock Pebbler Polytelis anthopeplus... Regardless, they are interesting looking birds! Here's some topics (mostly old) that have talked about the Regents... New here and to the bird world Princess Parrot / Rock Pebbler Rock Pebbler? What's a freakin Rock Pebbler?!

So, now here is my problem... where do I find a male hand-fed rock pebbler? I really aspire to a mommy to one of these babies! Just love everything about them.
