photobucket is trying to get everybody to update passwords right now not sure why but i would say they have had some problems may be thats why we cant see picture

This bird???
  Looks like either a young Indian Ringneck or possibly a Female Indian Ringneck! Very pretty! Although, wild bird seed (if that's what she? has) isn't healthy for her, and judging the size of the bars she may need a larger cage and larger perches... preferrably no plastic ones.
