White Cap Pionus Language

Good evening!
I've had my white cap, Sage, for about 6 months, and today he's been making a noise I hadn't heard much before. You can listen to it here... (Sorry it's quiet -- it was recorded from across the room.)
He's been making this sound when I play music on my computer. I'm trying to figure out whether it's a happy flocky noise or if he's annoyed by my music.

My maxi does not like music and growls when it is played. However, when she is arroused she sounds like an engine that just can't quite crank over. I could not hear the sound.

If your pi's body language is relaxed, then they are enjoying. If it is taunt (wings tight together and neck extended) then they don't like it.

That's odd, did you click Free and follow the instructions? (Select a mirror, enter the code, and play the mp3 in any given media player program?)

Anyway, he looks pretty relaxed when he's doing it, so I guess it's ok. Thanks!

Sorry, I only speak bronze-winged pionus.

I had one 15 years ago, and I miss her so much! We really did have that little language.. where I understood what she was saying, and she understood what I said..

Now I have conures.. sure they're great, but I miss my pi!

Hmm.. the audio isn't too great. It kinda sounds like "quiet screeching". But I really can't tell anything.
