Female Max not talking yet
Just a quick question... when do female Max's begin speech? She is one year as of March 25. She whistles, laughs, dances, takes a shower, loves to be blow dryed, but not one word... we keep practicing simple words with her but she would rather have a scalp massage...LOL

She might not be a talker. I don't know if there's a female/male difference, but the male Pi we're looking at is already talking, and he's only 8 months.
Most birds can pick up words as soon as they can pick up other human noises, like "Huh?" or "Mmmmhmmm. . ." I would simply suggest you keep practicing with her knowing that she may never be much of a talker.
