info on pionus please

I am currently researching the white capped pionus as my next bird and i was wondering if anyone could give me some information about them including what the recommended cage size would be, good/ bad experiences with the species, what to expect for noise levels...I hear that they are a quiet enough bird that they might be able to live in an apartment building, what i might expect to spend on a hand raise weaned baby, and if there is anyone in this forum who lives in south eastern wisconsin that knows of a breeder that i might be able to go and visit one at. I've never owned one but I met a blue headed, a white capped, and a maximillion (sp?), one was nicer than the next. In fact, there is a blue headed at my local shop that I would buy in a heart beat if I wasn't already at my avian saturation point.

I have heard people say that they were able to get there's to say a few words but if you are looking for a talker it might not be the right bird. From what I've seen they are a quiet, gentle parrot and pretty good looking too.
