portraits of Zoey
I took some pictures today. Looking for a good portait. I figured I would take about 20 and get it down to two or three.
any way, which ones are best do you think? I got Zoey down to 6.

I vote for #6. Zoey has a softer, more gentle

hi zoey's dad,
i noticed you have some other feathered friends as well as Zoey. right now i have a peachedfaced lovebird named peaches. she was a gift and i've had her about 7 mos. now. she's a year old. i love her dearly and in the future i would like to get another parrot. i've been reading alot on every kind. i definetly know i don't want a large parrot. actually, i was kinda interested in the caiques. but THEN i read an article on the meyers parrots and they sound like a perfect fit for me. i work full time 8 to 4 pm but spend as much time with peaches as i can. the only other pet i have is a small terrier mix named chuckie who is now used to peaches. oh and a husband and two grown children! i just wanted to know how zoey gets along with your other parrots? and compared to the rest, what is she like?

a Meyers tends to be bit more mellow of a bird then a Senegal (Zoey) Zoey is a doll with me. She does not play well with others though. lol She does not like any of my other fids. Sennies tend to be a one person bird and as I understand it with enough socialization they can be good multi person pets. Zoey however, is not.
Benji, my Lovie, is our social butterfly and he still tries to be friends with Zoey, unsuccessfully. I have been told that a Meyers does not have the bad traits of a Sennie, or at least to the extreme they do.
