Question getting another brownhead, maybe

I saw an ad for a young brownhead, made contact and found out reason for rehoming. Seems this young bird has not had the best "luck" so far. Owner's senegal tried to kill it. Then, she/he was given to a family member and their cat tried to kill it. I don't know details, how serious the attacks were.

ANYWAY, I love my little brownhead (DNA'd male) and going to go see this one tomorrow. They are almost teh same age, both about 10 months old. Any issues I should consider if I do add a second brownhead here? I am not wanting to be a breeder and there is chance this second BH is female (reportedly wide pelvis). Do Brownheads stay sweet even if another of their kind joins the flock? They'd be housed/caged separately and have supervised play time, just FYI. Thanks! D
