Just do everything slowly & remember they may never be friends like we'd all love our baby's to be!
Id go by after the 'QT stage - move the cages into the same room. Although leaving them across the room from one another, don't leave them unsupervised open doored. Week by week move them inch by inch closer to one another to watch for there reactions - its going to take time if it's ever going to be :) |

Do you have pictures of them? I bred Senegals for years, and I can usually tell what sex they are by looking at them.
My advice before introducing them is to make sure they are not two females. Females tend to be very aggressive towards other females. (but loveable to humans, of course..:)
