Question about Senegal

My Senegal does the following...

starts regurgitating, steps from one foot to another, lowers his wings, and makes cute little throat sounds. He does this all at once.
I have heard that this is some sort of mating dance. Is it? If it is should I try and stop this behavior? Let him carry on and be cute? He does this for me at least 2 times a day and will occaisionally do it for my roommate.

it is mating behavior. I would suggest discouraging the behavior. Find something else for him to do right away.

I am unsure of what to do to discourage this. He will continue it even when out on my hand. Do I try to give him a toy? (he doesn't really play with toys that much with me outside the cage). Should I just ignore him when he does that and turn my back? Do you have any suggestions? And just out of curiosity (cause I am relatively new at this) why is it bad for him to continue this behavior? Does it make him more aggressive? I am just curious.

Thats it. Give him a toy, put him on a play gym just about any thing that will distract him.
