Maybe it is just clipped for training, think thats the way ill go. Clip for training, flighted when trained. Such a gorgeous bird you have.

yeah but when it's a baby it needs to learn to fly and build muscles and get confidence

I just got him a few weeks ago. He hasn't even had time to grow his feathers out here.
