it makes me so mad/sad that people can just give away their pets like that for something like a car, computer ps3, etc etc

UGH, how can anyone do that? Chose a THING over a living creature who has grown to trust you? BOOOO for those kind of humans!! This is the reason i have so many pets. We keep taking in the ones other people "dump"

Must admit I would jump to the same conclusions, but we never know. May be someone who needs the car for work or for a sick kid or ??? The bird does look healthy and well loved, and it is not like some of the crazy prices you see on Craig's list. Hope it finds a good home!
