Bar spacing?

I have officially reached the ends of the internet and have yet to find the ideal bar spacing for a cage for a young meyer's parrot, so now i turn to you. I found a great cage but the spacing is one inch, and im worried that its too big for a young meyer's. any ideas?

I have a Senegal and I wouldn't go any bigger then 3/4 inch with her. She can get her head thru 1" bar spacing.

1 inch bar spacing might be fine, but you'd be better off with 3/4. I've got a mitred (bout 230 grams or so) in a cage that has nearly 1 inch bar spacing, and he can stick his entire beak through, to the point that the bars rub on each side of his face, right in front of his eyes.... and he wants out of that cage so badly, he's actually worn away a small section infront of his eyes to just bare skin....

So I suggest trying to go for 3/4 inch... 1inch may be fine, but go for smaller if you can find it...
