meyers parrot help

hi i am currently breeding the meyers parrot the male is working the nest box and kicking all the material out , the more i am putting in the more hes kicking it out until there is nothing on the bottom , any ideas on what to do there is a piece of wood on the inside for chewing for both birds as the female is going in aswell but not doing alot in the laying department so any ideas from anyone would help thanks smoggy

well i know this is common for budgies. And the advice is to just keep putting it in.
