Question Red Bellied

Does anyone have a Red Bellied parrot? What are they like? Have you found them to be sweet? Do yours talk?

I just brought home a red bellied yesterday. She is a little love bug and loves and I mean LOVES!!!!! my 9 year old daughter. She actually picked her, so I had to buy her. I went to the bird mart with the intention to buy a Meyers or a Senegal, but came home with a Red Bellied. She is only 3 months old, so all we have heard out of her so far is a few quite little chirps.

I recently bought one from a pet store. He had been there for 2 years and was looking like he didn't do a thing all day. I was curious aswell because for the last month or so Stewie hasn't really done much if anything. I went through the same thing with my senegal when I got him so I am pretty sure he will start to come out of his shell in alittle while with all the attention he gets from the other fids and myself. Come to think of it he won't have much if a choice.
I did hear from a breader that they her's are one of the most vocal birds she breeds, second only to the CAGs. Can't wait to see what Stewie ends up being like.
