Okay, so let's get some Poi updates here. Pics??? Brags? :)

My Meyers oscar whispered hello quite clearly this morning, to my husband. Too funny, I taught her that!

Sorry, just saw this! She's doing great! No new pics, but my photobucket is always available (siggie)!

We've slowed down with the aviator harness to try to build my relationship with her. She follows me around and is flying everywhere now. Her favorite route is cage, kitchen to the playstand. We made it through today with minimal screaming. She had been doing loads of it.

I left her out while I took a nap today and she flies over to me, I sleepily put my arm up so she can land, then she squeezees into the smallest corner of my neck and cuddles with me for an hour! (I wish I didn't live by myself so someone could take a pic!) Usually when I fall asleep on the couch, she is on the opposite side.

I switched her to Zupreem because she hasn't been eating the Lafebers pellets that she came with. And I found her a cage that I love! Hopefully I will be ordering it by the end of the week! Aviantelligence Amazon Playtop Cage - Bird.com

Hmmm, I guess that is way more updates than I thought, but overall she is doing great!

Thanks! She's great! How's you meyers and senegal doing? Did you find out the sex of the senegal? I'm guessing she's a hen. I saw your ad on hoobly for pepper, did you find him a new home yet?

no, LOL I have to delete that ad. I adore Pepper. I just wish he didn't hate and act aggressive toward everyone in the house. I don't know what to do about it.


All my others are girls and so is the senegal. And the Meyers. I had to rename her from Oscar LOL.

Everyone is doing great, my Meyers still ADORES my husband but she has totally warmed up to me. Now she whistles for me and wants to me near me. I am so flattered :)

We have a lot of work to do with the Sennie, she is one independent bird. Not so into the human interaction yet. She's very busy, playing with toys, exploring. And she is smart!!! She is saying a few words already.

Im glad to hear cougar is doing well! Neko fell asleep in the crook of my neck once while I was napping. Luckily for me my bf snapped a photo - good timing!! Otherwise, like you, I would have no evidence of his cuteness. = )
