Question Reading up on quarantining my rbp - is this something?

My rbp has a dull white coat of something on his beak near the top by his nostrils - like his beak is just dull or something. Is this something that I should be worried about? I've tried to do a bit of searching but haven't found any names for what that might be if it's anything. I think I am overly worried right now, so I thought I had better ask.

Looking at other rbp pictures some have the same thing going on with their beak. But I'd like to learn why this happens and what I can do to possibly get rid of it if it is a heath concern

Is it the white line at the end of her cere? That is just the edge of the skin. They can scrape it by playing with hard toys or wiping the beak on a perch.

I enlarged the pic, and it does look unusual. Why not get a test done at the vets just to be safe. If it's dryness like Pepper gets sometimes, you can use cold pressed organic flax seed oil and rub it in.
