I'm looking for Quaker chick development ages and stages sort of stuff I have a 3.5 week Quaker I'm hand-feeding and I'd just like pictures for comparison

On my website I have some pictures of our quaker when we first brought him home that may help you. He was 4 weeks old back then in 2003. I hand fed him for 4 weeks, at that time we were feeding him 3 times a day then went down to 2 and then he went from 2 to none. He did that part his self because as he started eating more and more of his pelleted mixture and more of his fresh foods and stuff he weaned his self off of the formula.
