You will have to take them to an avian vet to get their DNA to find out which sex they are. As for not wanting to socialize they are probably bonded to each other it's probably going to take a lot of time and patience to get them to be social with you. I'm no expert trust me. There are books that you can buy and read up or the internet is a good way to find out the information you maybe looking for. Good luck with your birdies.

You could maybe look up and see if you can get a kit sent out to you. A breeder near me offered to send me out a kit but I am hopeless with blood so she said she could do it if i brought it up to her. And at a fraction of the price the vets charge. it's costing me $16 all up and the vets were charging $120 for the same thing! But it might be worth taking them to an avian vet to make sure they havent caught anything being at a flee market and get the test done at the same time.
